Welcome

There is no denying that we are all different. Yet contained within us all is a spark which connects us with our Self, with each other and with the universe itself.   This spark contains the seed of our creative potential, our soul if you like,  - just waiting to be unleashed - and there are many different ways to access this creative Self contained within the heart centre of each one of us.  We hope that Hermits Bazaar can assist with this in some small way and that you will find something which resonates with you amongst our articles and therapy news past and present, as well as the many events included in the diary.  For me, my route to stillness is through Yoga, so I have compiled a brief guide for those of you who may be thinking about taking it up, and hope that it proves useful.

The planet on which we live is also a soul, Gaia or Mother Earth, and this season is her time ~ of blooming and flourishing. At this time of year, the seeds show us their potential for fertility and fruitfulness.  Once again, thank you to our contributors for the wonderful articles in this issue which have as their focus the bounty of Mother Earth and how we can tune into it (The Wiccan Way), acknowledge it (Folklore), eat it (Spring Salad Feast) as well as use its fruits for our own health and well-being (Plant Spirit Medicine).   And we further explore the phenomenon of Orbs with the perspective of an U.S. healer and writer.

We also look once again at beauty and preparing your skin for the flood of sunshine we can now look forward to, and our regular input with the Diary of a Psychic (don’t be alarmed by the title this month! This is a fascinating piece which offers an insight not only into what is happening to the planet right now but practical information on how you can strengthen your energy field to protect yourself through this great time of change.)

Some of you have mentioned how much you enjoyed David’s article on cleansing last month and we now have Part 2 of this feature, which looks at energising your home, and we are happy to now have our Therapist Directory up and running, so please take a look.  Next on the list is an Eco section, a Philosophers Corner (for musings and personal stories) and a virtual bazaar – phew!!

Finally, this is an online magazine for sharing and communicating ~ so we would love to receive articles, entries for the diary, musings ~ anything you would like to share.
