Network Spinal Analysis;

Inner Connection Creates Outer Beauty

Have you ever noticed how easy it is to lose your passion for life?

Is it hard for you to remain enthusiastic about what you do or want to achieve?

Do you often lose confidence and feel resigned to patterns that others want you to live out?

There is “safety” in complying with the “shoulds” of our culture and the stories that others espouse about who we need to be. However, if these become the main determinants of our life they compromise our inner beauty and connection.  It takes courage to step out and live the life you really want to live. Happiness is not found in compromise. When we compromise we lose our inner connection and our physical, psychological, emotional and energetic attractiveness suffers.

Commonly, the people we admire most in life are stepping out of these “safe boundaries”. They speak and live passionately in and about what they do. They are in a “creative zone” or a state of well-being, often appearing beautiful, vibrant, and perhaps even glowing, though they may be “less than perfect” physically. This is because these people have inner connection to their body and its emotions, to their purpose, to the life energy that animates them, and to the web of existence that is not only attractive to others but is healthier too.

So how do we create or re-establish our inner connection?

Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) helps this inner connection to develop. It is a new and highly progressive form of therapy originating from the chiropractic profession. It is a unique and innovative technique that is characterised by the “healing wave” phenomenon, founded by Dr Donald Epstein.

Under NSA care two “healing waves” develop. One is a breathing wave that releases tension throughout the spine and body, creating deep relaxation. The other is called a somato-psychic (or body-mind) wave, which is associated with a dolphin-like undulation of the spine. As the waves progress along the spine they revitalise, energize and help the body to self-correct distortions of alignment and posture. In this process a wide range of physical complaints, such as headaches, stiffness, pain, eczema, menstrual cramps, dizziness and many others, improve or resolve.

When people experience network healing waves they begin to make healthier lifestyle choices. Suddenly their exercise, diet, supplements, meditation or prayer that may have been only delivering minimal wellness benefits becomes vastly more effective.

This form of care is communicated through the nervous system. By increasing the consciousness of the nervous system the individual is gently led to increase and improve the quality of their life and their internal well-being. In turn this increases self-confidence and motivation so that the individual begins to create the lifestyle that they always wanted, but were perhaps too afraid to go for. Not only does this have a positive effect on any physical ailments, but it has knock-on effects, mentally, psychologically and spiritually as well. In creating a more flexible spine, the mind also becomes more flexible and so commonly stressful events are no longer perceived as stressful by the individual. This means that individuals feel more empowered and autonomous within their own healing process, since the changes are coming from within rather than without.

How does this work?

Most people absorb the stresses and strains of everyday life. These external problems are stored as tension patterns in the nervous system. This stored tension may be experienced as joint fixations and muscle tightness. NSA aims to help people experiencing difficulty or dis-ease, by developing innate strategies to find the tension in their bodies themselves and spontaneously move and breathe to dissipate it.

NSA also helps the person to use the energy within their spinal tensions, unresolved past and current stressful traumatic experiences to fuel the healing process. These internal cues become so available that the individual begins to act, think, feel and respond in a more productive and healthy fashion.

How do we lose our wellness and health?

The answer lies in the way we experience our world. When an event occurs that our brain determines is not safe for us to fully experience, the energy and information of the event is translated into vibration and tension, which is then stored in the body, resulting in a defence posture. This offending energy and tension is walled off over time with muscular spasm, spinal distortion and reduced breath and movement within the area. These latter symptoms are what most therapies aim to correct. In contrast, NSA care addresses the underlying cause of the symptoms in order to break the cycle of recurring die-ease.

If these defence patterns are not addressed most of us remain in defence throughout our lives. This means that the higher, more evolved part of the brain does not have the opportunity to develop new strategies for experiencing and responding to life. If the brain is allowed to develop and evolve, the inner connection is increased allowing you to feel more deeply and experience life more profoundly. This increases our ability to use subtle information within to make healthier lifestyle choices and have access to more compassionate behaviours towards others and, of course, ourselves. By experiencing life through these advanced internal strategies, greater serendipity begins to occur. This in turn attracts positive solutions to internal and external problems without any effort from the individual. In this way, creating the life you always wanted becomes easier to achieve.

In our current fast-developing age of technology, we are required to adapt and evolve to the greater demands and faster pace of life this new technology is placing upon us. Therefore, it makes sense to utilise a health care system that takes account of these evolutionary changes. With the increased pace of life, we need to be able to adapt without feeling the added stress. The NSA strategies allow the individual to access and run internal nervous system software. This helps to keep the individual in a calm, higher brain state of safety, rather than in a lower brain state of defence.

NSA is a gentle, non-painful and non-invasive intervention. Practitioners evaluate the individual’s progress based on their self-reported experience of well-being, thereby addressing internal well-being rather than symptom sorting. So how can you resist?
