Anxiety, fear, anger, addictive urges. Instead of relying on medication, there is a way of dealing quickly and successfully with these and other emotions. Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is the powerful and versatile way of simply switching off unwanted distress. This treatment is redefining the perception of what is achievable in the sphere of emotional healing. TFT works by applying a highly specific code of treatment to a person’s energy system. When a person thinks about an upsetting problem, a thought field is generated which has a perturbation attached to it. In order to make sure that they are trained professionally, check that they are a member of the BTFTA or ATFT. You can also ask your GP to refer you for treatment, as TFT is represented in the NHS Directory of Complementary & Alternative Practitioners. The time has come to change the mindset about psychological disorders and their treatment.
